"As a result of the recent course on Tuesday 18th March given by Judy Carole on the subject of Alzheimer’s/Dementia training I am able to confirm the overall excellence with which Judy worked.
I have had two Managers come to me and say that several of their workers who attended said how much they enjoyed the course and also gained from it. As workers dealing with people with Alzheimer’s/Dementia they felt they had been given a big boost in confidence and awareness to be able to help the people in their care,
It is always good to receive positive feedback but I must say there has been more for this one course which Judy gave than any other I have organised."

"Fantastic training! Was very pleased with trainer being aware that this particular subject (Bereavement and Loss) is very sensitive and it may trigger people’s emotions and therefore keeping a check on the participants"

"I am the Area Manager for several of the Registered Care Homes that Judy Carole gave workshops to, in Caring for People with Dementia, Grief and Bereavement and End of Life Care.
I have received very positive feed back from the participants that the training was informative, interesting, and relevant. Given the diversity of our employees and under equal opportunities, full consideration was given to those for whom English is not a first language. Handouts were prepared and distributed for staff to use as a point of reference at a later date.
Judy was responsive and empathetic when we need immediate support for staff following the sudden demise of a service user and I would not hesitate to recommend her as a trainer

"I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Judy when my mother was first diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. She made a real bond with my mother, who is a very private person, but made her feel that she was still an important member of the family and valued.
Judy is a very giving person and was very thoughtful and caring towards my mother, I feel that she dealt with any situation in a very sensible and positive manner. I never felt the slightest qualm in leaving them together all day knowing that my mother was much more positive and happy by the end of a session with her.
I would not hesitate to recommend Judy in any caring environment. Her positive and sensitive attitude and general good sense always shine through.

"I am very happy indeed to recommend Judy for any post involving social work for the elderly. She visited shopped and organised care for my 95 year old mother during the months while my husband and I were away, with great flair, initiative and good sense. We were extremely grateful to her."

"Hi Judy,
I have just spoke to the last of the attendee's and without fail everyone has
stated
how much
they enjoyed
the training
and felt it invaluable, all discussing
how
current
Dementia
practice
could be improved and have
all recommended
you
as a facilitator
so I’ve passed
this
through
to David
at our
head office. Thank you so much for
the day.
Take care."

"Hi Judy,
My staff commented on how well you put over the Training, and that you do
this in a very caring and professional
manner. You make them feel that
they can do this, which enables
them to improve the quality of life
of the service users. We are all
looking forward to working with
you again in the future.
Many thanks Judy!"

"As part
of
The Regard
Partnership’s drive
for
up to
date and current training we
have
recently
employed
the services of
Judy
Carole from ELManagement. She has
provided
us with
Training
in
Dementia
Care and End of Life Care.
The training was professional and
was easy to follow with staff learning
from both of these sessions to carry
out the highest standard of care.
The sessions have been followed with
regular support from Judy whenever
this has been requested.
Both myself and my staff have made
great use of the information that
Judy gave us to care for people with
dementia. We all feel that the sessions
were valuable in enabling staff to
cope with the steep learning curve
involved. The End of Life Training
was also excellent; the carers refer
to it all the time.
I would highly recommend ELManagement
for training
sessions."
