Judy Carole the founder of ELM is an experienced trainer. As well as being an Associate with a leading dementia specialist training company she is also an Associate Trainer with Age Concern. Her qualifications gained as the Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care Agency and as a volunteer at Sue Ryder hospice add considerable depth to her abilities as a trainer. Judy is able to empathise and discuss any issues that arise when the carers talk about their experiences and concerns.

Her passion for improving the lives of people whose journey is taking them towards the end of their lives is felt throughout her workshops (read what clients have to say) at the end of which she spends some time discussing methods that will assist the carers in taking care of themselves emotionally and physically. This obviously results in a ‘win win’ situation for everyone concerned. Many carers have remarked that is the first time anyone has talked to them about this very important subject.
